We will work with your own floor plan and/or ideas and have our experienced in-house architects implement those specific characteristics into your home. What I like about Icon, is the design flexibility and they’re accessible. If you’re looking to build something outside the box, reverse gables, and a bunch of valley sets and that are not the norm, you’re going to limit yourself if you do it with another factory. In the modular industry, the faster we can get back to the customer with a price for what they’re looking for, the faster we can get a person into a home.
One great example of these houses is a French Eclectic home with a red brick facade that balances the lightness of its blue dutch gable roof. I haven’t met anybody at the factory, on the sales team, engineering, or even the drivers that isn’t very personable and very professional. The house I’m doing right now is a 2-story with a front porch on the first floor and a front porch on the second floor and they did a bang-up job on it. Icon’s strength is their price point and what they’re giving us for that dollar. Typically other vendors don’t give crown molding throughout the home as a standard option. Icon gives me the tools I need to sell the house and be the first man in line.
